10. General remarks

The text contains a myth about the mountain gods A phyi yo mo and sKu lha Ge khod. The style and structure of the content are very similar to those in the wedding ritual text Ming sring dpal bgos and also dPal rabs, also contained in the Drangsong collection. Furthermore, the content contains the motifs of worshiping gnyan deities and the suppression of vampires (sri).  This dual process is also seen in the edict issued by  Khri song lde’u btsan to the rGya shin family. The name of the le’u priest, Thab bon len dgu, is also the same.
