9. Translation of colophon After saying these words, despatch the mdos effigy to the river (?). This mdos is also known as “the mdos ritual of the ewe”, as well as nang bdag stobs ’joms, that can treat children’s vomiting. Composed by me, Zhang ston, with hard work, it is the pure doctrine of the Buddha. Blessings.
